This class is practiced on a Yoga Wall that uses ropes, bars or chairs other props to help enhance range of motion in joints without overstraining muscles.
The rope provides support, allowing safer and deeper stretches -
4D Pro utilizes spring-loaded suspension straps to assist users in performing a series of dynamic, multidirectional movements. This system effectively enhances cardiovascular fitness while improving body coordination, speed, and reaction time-all in a fun and engaging way. With an estimated calorie burn of around 500 kcal per hour, 4D Pro promotes efficient fat burning and helps sculpt a toned physique.

Founder and Chief Instructor
I began my yoga journey in 2008, my bubbly personality and passion for yoga inspires students towards mental wellness and a balanced lifestyle. Start to practice to Pilates Reformer & Wunda Chair in 2022 and complete teacher training in 2024. I encourage Pilates as an essential practice to bringing harmony to mind and body, as well as de-stressing from our busy modern day lives.
